1st prize winner of the prestigious 2018 Long-Thibaud-Crespin International Competition in Paris, Diana Tishchenko was named a Rising Star by the European Concert Hall Organization (ECHO) in 2022/23.

Tishchenko has performed at many of the world’s leading concert halls, including the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Philharmonie de Paris, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Konzerthaus Vienna, Herkulessaal Munich, Konserthuset Stockholm, Barbican London, Müpa Budapest, Megaron Athens, Philharmonie Cologne, Gulbenkian Foundation Lisbon, Casa da Música Porto, Bozar Brussels, and Birmingham Symphony Hall.

Tishchenko has collaborated with esteemed conductors as Ivan Fischer, François-Xavier Roth, Andrew Litton, Pierre Bleuse and Fabien Gabel have led to debuts with the Budapest Festival Orchestra, Vienna Symphony, and Gürzenich Orchestra at the Philharmonie Cologne, as well as performances with the Liverpool Philharmonic, Strasbourg Philharmonic, Shenzhen Symphony, Shanghai Symphony, Hamburger Symphoniker, WDR Funkhaus Orchestra and Orchestre National d’Ile de France.

A graduate of Berlin’s HfM Hanns Eisler, Tishchenko made her debut with the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester (DSO) in 2014. Tishchenko’s graduation exam at Hanns Eisler saw her collaboration with Lahav Shani (current Chief Conductor of the Rotterdam Philharmonic) in Prokofiev’s Violin Concerto No. 2 at the Konzerthaus Berlin.

Tishchenko’s artistic journey has been shaped by her teachers and mentors, including her aunt Lydia Neal, Tamara Mukhina, Ulf Wallin, Boris Kuschnir, and pianists Rita Wagner, Ferenc Rados, and Sir András Schiff. In 2019, Tishchenko released her debut album “Strangers in PARadISe” on Warner Classics to critical acclaim.

The World Human Forum’s visionary environmental project, “The Uncertain Four Seasons,” featuring Tishchenko’s performance of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons with the European Union Youth Orchestra (EUYO), was streamed live on ARTE. The project was named “Best Filmed Concert of 2022" at the Prague Film Festival. A highlight of her career was performing Beethoven’s “Ghost” Trio at the G7 summit in Germany in 2022.

Tishchenko performs on both a 1685 Antonio Stradivari on private loan, as well as an 1867 Giuseppe Rocca from Ingles & Hayday of London.
